01The service

TargetFolio lets you record portfolio information and compare estimated paths for net worth and monthly asset income goals. Features may differ by platform, app version, region, subscription status, or technical availability.

02Calculations are not advice

Outputs are mathematical estimates based on the data and assumptions you provide. TargetFolio does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice; does not instruct you to buy or sell an asset; and does not guarantee returns, prices, dates, or outcomes.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and for every financial decision you make. Consider a qualified professional when appropriate.

03Market data and accuracy

Quotes, exchange rates, search results, and calculations may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Data may come from external providers and is not intended for real-time trading or order execution. Check important values independently before relying on them.

04Your data and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, the security of your device, and the files you export. Keep a current JSON backup in a location you trust before replacing, resetting, or losing a device. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, do not assume automatic cloud sync or cross-device recovery.

05Subscriptions and app stores

Paid features may be offered through Google Play on Android and Apple’s App Store on iOS. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled under the terms and settings of the store used for the transaction. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through that store before renewal.

We may change or discontinue paid offerings as permitted by law. Previously purchased access remains subject to the entitlement and store rules applicable to that purchase.

06Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights. The app, website, brand, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service.

07Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms. We will identify the effective date when terms change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

08Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, investment loss, loss caused by market-data errors, or loss arising from device failure or a missing backup. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

09Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under Korean law, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
